Ordering & Delivery

1.    How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your preferred arrangement, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. You can also order by phone or call to make an appointment for a studio visit. 

2.    Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes! We offer same day delivery within the GTA for orders placed before 10am. However same day arrangements are limited to what is currently available in studio. For custom and specialty arrangements we recommend ordering further in advance. 

3.    What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to the GTA and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, please contact us.

4.    How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges can vary based on location. You can view the exact delivery fee at checkout after entering the delivery address.

5.    Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select a future delivery date to ensure your flowers arrive on the perfect day.

6.    What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, we may leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe place. We’ll also attempt to contact the recipient for further instructions.

Flowers and Customization

7.    Do you offer floral arrangements for special occasions?
Yes! We provide flowers for all special occasions. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

8.    How long will my flowers last?
Fresh flowers typically last between 5-7 days with proper care. Some care basics: Ensure water levels are topped up to approx. ¾ of vase height. Replace with fresh water every few days. Place arrangements in cooler locations (ie: not on top of radiators or in very sunny spots).

9.    Do you offer artificial or dried flowers?
Yes! Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Payments and Cancellations

10. What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

11. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Online orders can be modified or cancelled by 5pm the day before.

12. What is your refund policy?
In the unfortunate instance where an arrangement does not meet expectation the arrangement will be replaced.

13. Do you offer flower subscriptions?
Yes! We have weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly subscription plans. Contact us to set up a subscription that suits your needs.

14. Can I add a message or gift with my flowers?
Yes! You can add a personalized message at checkout. We can also add on gifts. Please contact us to discuss the specifics of your request.

15. Can I purchase or redeem gift certificates online?
At this time, gift certificates cannot be purchased online but may be purchased in studio or over the phone (and we’d mail it to the recipient.) The certificates must be redeemed at our studio location.
